So Long Brothers In Arms!
-

I have recently gone through a break up with my GF of 10 years. I will be moving into a new place Feb 8-10th. I will be out of touch for a while getting internet access set up at the new place. I am taking some time to get settled in and get everything arranged at the new place. You know, setting bottlenecks, overlapping fields of fire, finding a new china pattern. Guy stuff. So, continue to be the Merry Band of Maniacs I've come to know and love( in a platonic way, not that there's anything wrong with that), and I shall return soon. In the immortal words of Mike Sastre, "Take care and stay safe". Your Brother( Grimm) in arms, Chris
If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck. An armed man will kill an unarmed man with monotonous regularity. The difference between genius and stupidity is genius has limits. Big Chris, The Holy Order of St. Alia of the Knife

Take care Chris. And you know: Ghanima: History is written on the sands of Arrakis. A chapter has ended, swept away by the whirlwind. One door has closed, but another has opened. And on the other side... our future...
Si vis pacem, para bellum. If you want peace, prepare a war. I'd like to depart this world the same way I came into it - screaming and covered in someone else's blood" A fear of weapons is a sign of retarded sexual and emotional maturity. ” Don B. Kates, Jr

Make sure the new china evokes thoughts of guns and knives (especially CS). As for the single life, well, that can be pretty fun also.
Life is too serious to take seriously. Dead is the person whose existence is defined solely by limitations; give no sympathy, as he is the engineer of his own demise. Cold Steel: Sharp enough to cut wind! Love means never having to say that you're unarmed.

Take care friend. And good luck with the new china pattern, that's always a hard one.

I've been through 2 divorces, so I know you will be just fine. It does suck when these things happen, though. Just don't start watching too much Oprah and Dr. Phil! As for your new china pattern, I have two words for ya.......Mess Kits! What's better than stainless steel china? Take care, Bro Grimm and come back real soon. Of course, by the time you read this, you will be up and running, so let me be the first to say; WELCOME BACK BRO!

Big Chris will be just fine. Got to spend some time with him this weekend when I did a show in Detroit. Already picked up a CS Kitchen Knife Set, so you know his priorities are intact. We talk on a regular basis, so I let him know everyone wishes him well.

Being single is the life! I have a kitchen cabinet dedicated to knives. One in the closet too... and a long wall table as well. Shiny knives everywhere, and there is alot more room for them without vases and a billion extra pillows covering everything. Buy higher security locks and spend less time at home with your knives to keep from losing your mind. Hope you get comfortable in the new place quickly man.

We'll leave the door unlocked for ya Grimm. remember, a box of shells, a mossberg and a skeet trap is the best way to get rid of old plates.

Out here there is really only one internet service provider, and getting an appointment for internet hookup takes a minimum of 3 weeks, usually around 6 weeks or so to get hooked up. So it could be worse.
