All of the new swords, essentially...not sold on the colichemarde, though, it just doesn't grab me

I generally allow myself two new blades a month, sometimes more. For this month so far it has been a 4" Voyager, a 5" Vaquero and an American Lawman. The hit list includes - 5" Gunsite (old) Both new Gunsites. Recon 1 (new) AK-47 (new) Voyager(s) (new) Counter Point (new) Vaqueros (new) Assortment of Sticks And, probably a dozen other goodies that will come up. This is going to be an expensive year.

Let's see... SK5 Gurkha kukri (I hope for February) 12" Bowie and Barong machete (already bought, waiting for the kukri to be shipped) AK-47, old model, G10 - (wanted to wait but since they are discontinued...) Mini Lawman (? - I can't see much use for it, it's just so cute :-)) Blowgun (not sure about it, but looks like fun) Mini Tac (skinner or kiridashi) Some throwers...not sure which ones yet. Maybe RPG and some hawk or Bad Axe? As for the new stuff, nothing I'm really dying to get...maybe the trench hawk and some of those 2handed machetes. I like the new Recon1 but it's not on top of the list. And if I suddenly felt too rich, I would consider getting Black Talon.
Rather judged by six than carried by four - Czech rule of self-defense Wanna live? Get a shiv! - Chronicles of Riddic.k SMIII Black Bear Classic, SMIII Recon Scout, SK5 Gurkha Kukri, Carbon V OSS, Desperado, Bowie Bushman, Regular Bushman, War Head, Bowie Spike, Mini Hunter, Mini-Tac Kiridashi, K-4, K-7, Chef's knife, Black Talon, Rajah II, Spartan, XL Voyager CP-PE (old type), AK-47 G10 (old type), 4" Ti-Lite (zytel), Gunsite II (old type), Scimitar Spike, Vaquero Large (old type), Pocket Bushman, Kudu, Trail Hawk, Latin machete 18", Bowie machete 12", Barong machete 12" On the way: Two handed kukri machete.

In order (More or less) of how bad I want them, probably not the order I will get them #1 Talwar #2 Large Espada #3 Rajah ONE #4 Spectre #5 Natchez #6 Either a Black Talon or a Claedonian Edge I like the Calodian Edge better but to me it looks like it will be plagued by the same problems as a Ti-lite,that being that the thumb stud is useless unless you hit it PERFECT,this doesn't bother me on the Ti-Lite as the quillions allow me to open it lightning fast anyway and I may even add another Ti-Lite to this list but the Caladonian Edge doesn't have quillions, thats why this one is a toss up with the Black Talon probably coming out on top,I like to play with my knives and if its slow and clumsy to me its no fun but I doubt it will take me much practice with that giant thumb hole in the Black Talon to get used to it that thumb stud sunk so deep in the handle of the Caledonian may be a deal breaker on a knife that expensive,I should be able to flick it open and back closed fast This list will no doubt change as I have to still add one of the redo of the small push dagger and probably a Kubon and new Triple Action and MAYBE the AK is still on the list as I just got done talking about in another thread but wont actually make a new want list till the other dealers I deal with have the items so I can add up prices as well considering most of my stuff is on the pricey side I doubt any of it will actually be bought through CS directly

If this list was supposed to be only things from the new list #1 the non ugly on the back push dagger I am pretty sure its the Safe Keeper 111 #2 A Kubon Maybe another Triple Action and maybe an AK but only if I can get the old one as well,i'm guessing I will like the old one MUCH better, for looks as well as how it works but only time will tell on this one,im really on the fence

Knecht All my gods, someone actually wants a stag handled Urban dart! Unbeliveable! HEHE, If I had enough money to get everything I want and then some, I'd pick it up for the heck of it. Just might become a collectors item, some day, maybe, eventually...

Jacktheripper Hey guys wats topping ur 2010 wish lists? CS is really bringing us some good blades. the safe keeper ii is at the top of mine Second that! On the top of my list is one or two Safe Keeper II. I never got the chance to buy any of them last time they where in the Cold Steel production line in AUS8A steel. Before they discontinued the Safe Keepers last time, they where made in IMO poor steel 420 Sub Zero Quenched Stainless Steel. Now they are back again, and this time with AUS8A steel again! I will not miss this opportunity. Second on my wish list is a Voyager medium Clippoint in plain edge(despite of the new handle shape). My current Voyager that i own has worned out,and need a replacement folder for EDC carry. Third i am glad to see the IMO baddest and godest looking folder on the market back in production again- the large Vaquero Grande, and this time in a plain edge option and with steel upgrades! There are no picture available yet showing the knife with opened blade,so i am eager to see how it looks like. There are more knives that i also like, but these are first that my budget allows me to buy. I also would like to buy a Triple Action folder with double edge blade.

Knivsamlare Jacktheripper Hey guys wats topping ur 2010 wish lists? CS is really bringing us some good blades. the safe keeper ii is at the top of mine I also would like to buy a Triple Action folder with double edge blade. You will NOT be disappointed, the Spear Point Triple Action has been with me nearly every time I have left my home ever since they used to be made of AUS -10(Its been over 6 years this blade has served me)Other knives come and go,I will switch up my "Back ups" often,a neck knife here or a different blade in a different pocket at times but where as the others I look at as back up.The Triple Action is my side arm,fun to play with, sharp and stays that way and damn fast all the way from clipped to your pocket to ready for whatever it needs to be in an instant as long as you practice and being fun to play with makes practice fun anyway, you will want to do it its not hard either really after you do it a few time you will always know how you will just be able to do it almost faster than you can see it in not that much time at all,I actually used mine just a few moments ago. I often seem really snobbish about scratches and stuff and generally hate knives that show use but after 6 years of EDC that thing deserves character and has earned it,its not like something I took out of the box and went and found stuff to stab,it stayed new and gained each and every scratch by becoming damn near a part of me,I truly love this blade and it almost does feel like an extension of my arm when its in my hand,It may have actually saved my life once, other knives may be longer, fixed blades and some of the snaggers may even be a bit faster but if I needed to reach for anything thats the one im going for cause im so comfortable with it I like the pattern of the old one much better but I will be picking up another of the new ones anyway,im glad to see them back as it is a shame that ppl who dont have one have not been able to get one for so long.I will keep the old relic new in its box and do intend on retiring the one i have been carrying when I finally find a blade I like as much but so far that knife has yet to reveal itself to me
