Special thanks and a shout out to Mike Sastre on this one.  At the Erie, PA gun show today, I stopped by his tables and looked at (fondled) about 2/3 of the items, which if you know Mike, is no small amount of CS goods.  I had imagined I was going to snag a Spartan or a pocket Bushman, but not being able to decide and being short on cash, Mike gave me a forum discount on a Trench Hawk, which I've wanted since the release of the early ad copy last year.  I'm working on uploading my initial impressions video as I type this.

I loved my trench hawk too(and still do). As you stated the full convex grind is definitely the trench hawks best feature. Here's some mods I did to my trench hawk , all of which I recommend to enhance its deploy-ability.
here's it in action




and mods(camo form handle wrapped, lanyard added to sheath to speed deployment, wrist lanyard[secured to the handle with ranger bands], I used super glue to stiffen up the thumb break)

Don't know if it was intentional, but the fact that you hacked through an advert for a personal injury lawyer is hilarious. Well done!

Scott unintentional, I didn't even notice the advert till after I did it penetration tests, and another person pointed it out from another forum.

Good seeing you this last weekend in Erie, PA!! Glad you're likin' your Trench Hawk - awesome implement!! Look forward to seeing you at the Monroeville show the end of April. LCT will also be in Pittsburgh that weekend at the NRA Convention. Still have a Spartan and Pocket Bushman calling your name - they miss your touch.

My Trench Hawk was shipped out today.Never handled one before. Can't wait to get my sweaty paws on mine.

Excellent stuff.  If you're inclined to lesson the weight or change the balance you can always drill out the bottom with a quarter inch drill bit.  I did this when I added some paracord to the handle and it feels great.
