Cheapest place to buy the Shovel with a sheath? (Or seperate)

I'm looking for the cheapest place to buy the Special Forces Shovel with the sheath plus shipping. If it's cheaper to buy the shovel and the sheath including shipping I'd be happy to do that as well.
The cheapest I've seen the shovel is around 17 bucks, and the sheath around 6.

sounds pretty good to me. not sure if you can get much cheaper than that, but it never hurts to look around. other than ebay, and some websites that have already been mentioned in the "where do you buy your cold steel" thread, not sure where else to look.
